Nana Quame was discovered at a talent show in 1996 by Ghanaian legend Kojo Antwi, who immediately took him under his wing. Kojo quickly got him to place some vocals on various hits by Akyeame, Tictac and Kojo himself, before Nana got to the studio to record his own albums. He has now released 4 albums and has won a number of Ghanaian music awards. He has also toured for Ghanaians at home and abroad in the UK and US, yet his music has still not reached the ears of most non-Ghanaians. It’s about time! Koye Meho Adee – I want to marry you!
